1. flow measurement venturi meter
flow measurement venturi meter is a conical body which is pending in the center of pipeline,it can improve the flow field.the high pressure P1 from tube wall which is the flow body has not yet throttling accelerated before vertebral devices;Low pressure P2 are taken from the after centrum rear,and it can draw forth transmitter branch pipe in front of inner vertebral,its square root of differential pressure is proportional to the rate of flow,then work out a fluid flow,the products are widely used in flow measurement for the liquid,gas or steam of the steel industry,electric power, chemical etc industry.
Type of orifice plate
1. Standard orifice plate
In various of orifice plates, the standard orifice plate comes with most sizes and dimensions, and be used in many differenent occasions especially gas flow measurement. In these applications, structure of orifice plate differs according to pressure, diameter and way of pressure taking. The most frequently used ways of pressure taking are corner connection pressure taking, flange pressure taking and span distance pressure taking.

Segmental and eccentric orifice plate only suitable for horizontal or incline pipes, not for pipes of vertical direction. In case medium contains solid particles, opening of the plate shall be put on bottom side of pipes, while there are gas contained, opening of the plate shall be put on top side. Opening for pressure taking shall be on the opposite of tangency point between plate opening and the pipe.
4. Restriction orifice plate
Normally used for reduce pressure and flow rate during liquid transfer since it possesses features of pressure loss.
Advantage of restriction orifice plate: Simple structure, endure and reliable.
No need for pressure difference measurement.
