Product Introduction
Magnet sensing electronic double-colored fluid level sensor in FYCDS series are made with high quality stainless steel and imported electronic components, its display part is made with high-brightness LED double-colored luminotron to form the column-shaped display screen; through the red/green changing in LED light columns it can detect the fluid level accordingly. It has the high display brightness and can be seen from long distance with clear scale and wider view angle, and has been more seriated and intellectualized. It can prevent the rain, thunder, corrosion, and explosion and can resist the high temperature, high pressure; meanwhile with high sealing performance, leakage protection, non-blind spots, highlighted display, intuitional reading and larger measuring range.

It can be used to measure level of various vessels in the shape of tower, kettle, groove and ball as well as boiler furnace. It can be used in complex conditions, such as highsealing, leak prevention, high pressure, high temperature and corrosion. In the measurement process, no measurement blind area. It strikingly displays the level and has a wide measurement range. Compared with traditional glass plate level gauge, it is safer, more reliable, more advanced and more practical. The most obvious characteristic is the complete isolation of liquid medium and indicator so it can be used safely, reliably and durably in any case.
Structural principle
The fluid level gauge is working on the basis of buoyancy principle and principle of magnetic coupling. While the fluid level in detected container is ranging, the floating ball in main duct of fluid level gauge shall lift or drop accordingly, the permanent magnetic steel inside the floating ball then transmit the signal to the high accuracy electronic sensing component inside on-screen display through magnetic coupling effect, to trigger the corresponding digital circuit to enable the LED double-colored luminotron turning color as non-fluid for red and full fluid for green, where the boundary between the red and greed part shall be the actual fluid level; thus it can realize the on-site instruction for fluid level – red for gas and green for fluid- all apparent to the eyes; to be added with limit switch it shall realize the alarm and control on fluid level, to be added with transducer it shall realize the digital signal output for display and control.
