Product Introduction
Mechanical water meter is widely used in daily drinking water, a spiral type rotor and two main types, detachable horizontal Woltman water meter for measuring instrument measuring total volume of water flowing through the tap water pipe, hot water, sewage, and can not measure the corrosive liquid.
The rotary wing type wet water meter is a measuring instrument for measuring the volume of water flowing through the water pipe, and is suitable for small industrial water and domestic water use. The product is novel in design, reasonable in structure, precise in assembly and high in sensitivity.
The product is reliable in quality and convenient in maintenance. It is a common water meter for tap
water measurement.
Characteristics
The water meter is a dry water meter wheel, the display, the magnetic transmission between the counting mechanism and the measuring mechanism, with advanced structure, easy reading, small pressure loss, easy maintenance, the series of water meters can be attached to remote transmitting device (double reed switch signal, pulse equivalent: 100 liters / 1000 liters / pulse, pulse......)
Technical Parameters
Maximum permissible error: including minimum flow rate (Q1) and does not include the critical
flow (Q2) low area: + 5%; including the critical flow (Q2) to include the high overload
flow (Q4): + 2% (water + 3%)
Pressure loss: under overload flow, the pressure loss of water meter shall not exceed 0.063Mpa;
Water temperature: cold water table 0.1-30 DEG C, hot water meter 30-90 DEG c;
Working pressure: 1.0Mpa
Conditions of use: pressure loss grade: the P25 flow sensitive level: U10 D5

Application

The meters can be equipped with a kind of remote transmission device, the pulse generating volume could be 100,1000 or 10000 L/pulse.

Water temperature: 0.1℃~50℃ (0.1℃~90℃ for hot water meter)
Water pressure: ≤1.0Mpa (1.6MPa on request)
Maximum permissible errors
in the lower zone from qmin inclusive up to but excluding qt is ±5%
in the upper zone from qt inclusive up to and including qs is ±2% (±3% for hot water meter)
